The invention provides a construction method of a reverse pulling system of a temporary horizontal steel support in an underground space by a reverse construction method, which comprises the following steps of: after the last layer of earth of an underground foundation pit is excavated, mounting the temporary horizontal steel support between a supporting structure and an adjacent steel upright post; a steel plate is wrapped at the connecting joint of the steel stand column and the temporary horizontal steel support, a lock fixing end is fixed to each of the two sides of the steel plate, and one ends of the two prestressed cables are fixed to the corresponding lock fixing ends respectively; the other ends of the two prestressed cables are pulled obliquely upwards towards the supporting structure to form a strand to penetrate through the B1 plate, then pulled obliquely upwards towards the steel stand column to penetrate through the B0 plate to be fixed and tensioned, a prestressed cable counter-pulling system is formed, and lateral horizontal force brought by temporary horizontal steel supports can be effectively offset. Lateral deformation of the supporting structure caused by the space-time effect is reduced, and the safety of the underground structure in the reverse construction method foundation pit construction process is ensured.
本发明提供了逆作法地下空间临时水平钢支撑的反拉体系的施工方法,通过在地下基坑的最后一层土方开挖完成后,在支护结构与相邻的钢立柱间安装临时水平钢支撑;在钢立柱上与临时水平钢支撑的连接节点处外包钢板,在外包钢板的两侧分别固定一锁具固定端,将两预应力索的一端分别固定于对应的锁具固定端;将两预应力索的另一端斜向上向着支护结构方向牵引,合为一股穿越B1板,再斜向上向着钢立柱方向牵引,穿越B0板后固定并张拉,形成预应力索反拉体系,可有效抵消临时水平钢支撑带来的侧向水平力,减小支护结构因“时空效应”而产生的侧向变形,确保逆作法基坑施工过程中的地下结构安全性。
