The high-altitude movable excavator comprises a supporting mechanism, the supporting mechanism comprises the ground, multiple sets of stand columns, rails, connecting frames and trusses, the stand columns are evenly and fixedly arranged on the two sides of the ground, the rails are fixedly arranged on one sides of the stand columns, and the connecting frames are arranged on the top faces of the rails; a driving mechanism for driving the connecting frames to slide front and back is arranged on the rail, the truss is fixedly arranged between the connecting frames, a sliding mechanism for driving the excavator mechanism to rotate is arranged on the truss, and the sliding mechanism is arranged on the truss in a left-right sliding mode. Through the arrangement of the driving mechanism and the sliding mechanism, the excavator mechanism can be automatically adjusted in all directions, ore in different areas can be collected more conveniently, full-automatic ore collection is achieved, remote control is achieved, workers are prevented from inhaling more pungent smell on site, the workers can be prevented from being injured by crashing of the ore, and the working efficiency is improved. And the safety performance is improved.
本发明公开了一种高空移动式挖机,包括支撑机构包括地面、立柱、轨道、连接架以及桁架,所述立柱设置有多组,且均匀固定设置在地面两侧,所述轨道固定设置在立柱一侧,所述连接架设置在轨道顶面,所述轨道上设置有驱动连接架前后滑动的驱动机构,所述桁架固定设置在连接架之间,所述桁架上设置有驱动挖机机构转动的滑动机构,所述滑动机构左右滑动式设置在桁架上。通过驱动机构和滑动机构的设置,能全方位自动的对挖机机构进行调节,更加便于采集不同区域的矿石,实现全自动对矿石进行采集,从而实现远程操控,避免工作人员在现场吸入较多的刺激性气味,也能避免工作人员被矿石砸伤,提升安全性能。
