The invention discloses a fabricated green building and a construction method thereof.The fabricated green building comprises four corner wall bodies arranged on a foundation, the included angle between the two side edges of each corner wall body is 90 degrees, and a first extension part is detachably connected between every two adjacent corner wall bodies; a first extension part is detachably connected between every two adjacent corner wall bodies, a second extension part is detachably connected between every two adjacent corner wall bodies, the corner wall bodies, the first extension parts and the second extension parts form a quadrangle, each first extension part comprises a first wall body and a second wall body, a reserved blind hole is formed in each second wall body, and each second extension part comprises a plurality of first wall bodies. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, one corner wall is fixed to a foundation according to the shape of a room in a building; s2, assembling a second extension part according to the length and the width of the room; and S3, forming the first extension part according to the requirements of power utilization and water utilization in the room. According to the method, the purposes of forming the channel in the building wall in advance, omitting the channel digging procedure and accelerating the building construction progress can be achieved.
本发明公开一种装配式绿色建筑及其施工方法,装配式建筑包括设置在地基上的四个拐角墙体,拐角墙体的两侧边之间夹角为90°,相邻的两个拐角墙体之间可拆卸连接有第一扩展部,其它相邻的两个拐角墙体之间可拆卸连接有第二扩展部,拐角墙体、第一扩展部、第二扩展部形成四边形,第一扩展部包括第一墙体、第二墙体,第二墙体上开设有预留盲孔,第二扩展部包括若干第一墙体。施工方法包括S1根据建筑体内的房间形状将一个所述拐角墙体固定在地基上;S2根据房间的长度和宽度组装第二扩展部;S3根据房间内的用电、用水需要,组成所述第一扩展部。本发明能够达到提前在建筑墙体内开设通道、省去开凿通道的工序、加快建筑施工进度的目的。
