The invention discloses a fabricated green building system and a construction method thereof.The fabricated green building system comprises a wall body, a second L-shaped plate and a third L-shaped plate, the first L-shaped plate is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the wall body, square grooves are formed in the outer walls of the first L-shaped plate, the second L-shaped plate and the third L-shaped plate, and drainage plates are rotatably installed on the inner walls of the square grooves; and connecting shafts are symmetrically installed on the outer wall of the drainage plate, first worm wheels are fixedly installed on the outer walls of the connecting shafts, and first rotating rods are symmetrically installed on the inner wall of the first L-shaped plate. A drainage plate and a third rotating rod connected with a second bevel gear rotate by starting a motor, the third rotating rod rotates to drive a drainage plate on a second L-shaped plate to rotate, the drainage plate rotates to drive a second worm to rotate, and the second worm rotates to drive the drainage plate on a third L-shaped plate to rotate; the condition that the growth of the green plants is affected due to the poor irrigation effect of the green plants outside the green building is avoided.
