A second bottom plate is connected to the top of a first bottom plate, three first guide pipes are arranged on each of the two sides of the second bottom plate, first reset springs are connected to the two first guide pipes located on the two side edges, and a third bottom plate is connected to the top of the second bottom plate; the two ends of the third bottom plate are each provided with two second guide pipes, each second guide pipe is connected with a second reset spring, a third groove used for being connected with a transmission device is formed in the top face of the third bottom plate, a vertical supporting device is arranged in the middle of the transmission device, and the top of the vertical supporting device is connected with a top plate. Two horizontal seismic components and one vertical seismic component are decoupled, energy consumption and seismic isolation are both considered in the three directions, vertical displacement is amplified to a certain degree through the transmission connecting rods, the vertical energy consumption capacity is greatly improved, if part of parts are damaged after an earthquake, the parts can be replaced independently, the whole support does not need to be replaced, and the cost is reduced. The cost is reduced; and meanwhile, the green development concept is inherited.
本发明涉及一种三向自复位耗能隔震支座,第一底板的顶部连接有第二底板,第二底板的两侧均设置有三根第一导管,位于两侧边的两根第一导管上均连接有第一复位弹簧,第二底板的顶部连接有第三底板,所述第三底板的两端均设置有两根第二导管,每根第二导管上均连接有第二复位弹簧,第三底板的顶部面上开设有用于连接传动装置的第三沟槽,传动装置的中部设置有竖向支撑装置,竖向支撑装置的顶部连接有顶板;本发明将两个水平及一个竖向地震分量进行解耦,三个方向各自兼顾耗能隔震,通过传动连杆将竖向位移进行一定程度的放大,极大增加了竖向耗能能力,震后若为部分零件损坏,可单独进行更替,无需更换整个支座,降低支出的同时秉持了绿色发展理念。
