The invention provides a composite wallboard and a preparation method thereof.The composite wallboard comprises a heat preservation layer, strengthening layers and a fixing structure, and the strengthening layers are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the heat preservation layer and fixedly connected with the heat preservation layer; the fixing structure is arranged between the heat preservation layer and the strengthening layer in a penetrating mode. Wherein the reinforcing layer comprises at least one layer of grid plate and a reinforcing medium, and the grid plate is embedded in the reinforcing medium; a first connecting hole matched with the fixing structure is formed in the heat preservation layer, and a second connecting hole matched with the fixing structure and the first connecting hole is formed in the strengthening layer. The overall heat preservation performance is guaranteed by using the heat preservation layer, enough mechanical performance and deformation capacity are provided by using the strengthening layer, the stress requirement and the anti-seismic property requirement of a building can be met, meanwhile, the proportion of the concrete layer is greatly reduced, and the weight of the wall is reduced. In order to guarantee cooperative work of all layers of the wallboard, the three layers are combined together through a fixing structure.
