The invention discloses a staggered spring-floor construction method for a fabricated steel structure house. The staggered spring-floor construction method comprises the steps of constructing a staggered steel column structure, constructing a steel column structure and constructing a floor support plate structure. A plurality of first steel columns and a plurality of second steel columns are arranged on the ground foundation in an array mode; comprising the steps that a first steel column is built, and a plurality of connecting units of short steel columns and long steel columns are sequentially connected from bottom to top; comprising the steps that a second steel column is built, and a plurality of connecting units of long steel columns and short steel columns are sequentially connected from bottom to top; a plurality of steel beam layer units are built on the staggered steel column structure from bottom to top in the vertical direction, and each steel beam layer unit comprises an upper steel beam layer and a lower steel beam layer which are adjacent to each other; and building a floor support plate structure, wherein a plurality of floor support plates are built on the staggered steel column structure from bottom to top in the vertical direction, and each floor support plate is borne through a steel beam layer. The method has the characteristics of high construction speed and high precision, and is suitable for the construction occasion of the fabricated steel structure house.
