Fabricated steel structure staggered truss system and construction method
The invention relates to an assembly type steel structure staggered truss system which comprises trusses and floor slabs which are arranged in a vertically staggered mode in the height direction, upper chords and lower chords of the trusses are both made of H-shaped steel, the layer where the floor slabs are located serves as a reference, the trusses located above the floor slabs serve as ascending trusses, and the trusses located below the floor slabs serve as sinking trusses; the upper chord upper flange of the sinking truss and the lower chord lower flange of the ascending truss are located at the same height, the top of the upper chord upper flange of the sinking truss is provided with a stud, one end of the floor slab is embedded between the lower chord upper flange and the lower chord lower flange of the ascending truss, and the other end of the floor slab is placed at the top of the upper chord upper flange of the sinking truss. The height position of the staggered truss chord member in the prior art is adjusted, so that the installation space of the floor slab is increased, the punching operation on the web of the upper chord member of the sunken truss can be omitted, the connection integrity of the floor slab and the truss is better, the height of the truss can be reduced, the steel consumption is saved, and the installation precision requirement of the truss is reduced.
本发明涉及一种装配式钢结构交错桁架体系,包括沿高度方向上下交错布置的桁架以及楼板,桁架的上弦杆和下弦杆均采用H型钢,以楼板所在层为参照,位于楼板之上的桁架为上升桁架,位于楼板之下的桁架为下沉桁架;下沉桁架的上弦杆上翼缘与上升桁架的下弦杆下翼缘位于同一高度,下沉桁架的上弦杆上翼缘顶部设置栓钉,楼板的一端嵌入到上升桁架的下弦杆上翼缘与下弦杆下翼缘之间,楼板的另一端搁置在下沉桁架的上弦杆上翼缘顶部。本发明调整了现有技术中交错桁架弦杆的高度位置,使得楼板的安装空间增大,可以省去对下沉桁架上弦杆腹板的穿孔作业,楼板与桁架连接整体性更好,桁架高度可降低,节省钢材用量,降低了桁架安装精度要求。
