Column concrete directional discharging and pouring construction method
The invention discloses a directional discharging and pouring construction method for column concrete. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing concrete mortar: Q1, selecting cement with the strength of 42.5 or above, selecting yellow sand with the granularity of 2.8 mm-3. 2mm, and selecting stones with the granularity of 10 mm-20 mm; and Q2, cement, yellow sand, stones and water are mixed and stirred according to the proportion of 1: 1.37: 2.78: 0.46 to form the concrete mortar. A mode of vertically pouring concrete grout is adopted, so that the concrete grout is vertically injected into the #-shaped stirrup along the thin-wall funnel and the steel pipe, the concrete grout passes through the steel pipe and then vertically and freely falls to the middle of the bottom of the column, and the concrete grout is uniformly extruded to the periphery from the middle and then uniformly moves upwards along the formwork wall, so that the continuity of concrete grout pouring is ensured; no hole is formed in the formwork edge, and the surface of the column is smooth after formwork removal.
