The invention discloses an ancient city door protecting and supporting device which is used for supporting and protecting a door screw hole of an ancient city building, the ancient city door protecting and supporting device comprises a supporting assembly, the supporting assembly comprises two cast-in-place piles and an arc-shaped top plate, and the two cast-in-place piles are arranged on the two sides of the door screw hole; the cast-in-place piles are used for penetrating through a city body of the ancient city building from the roof of the ancient city building to be inserted into a foundation, a cross beam stretching across the two sides of the door screw hole is arranged between the pile tops of the two cast-in-place piles, the arc-shaped top plate comprises an arc-shaped section and two connecting sections arranged at the two ends of the arc-shaped section respectively, and the arc-shaped section is arranged on the lower side of the top end of the door screw hole. Each connecting section is used for being inserted into a city body of the ancient city building to be connected with the cast-in-place piles. The ancient city door protecting and supporting device for the ancient city wall door opening can reduce stress concentration of the ancient building door opening.
