A driving part used for driving the rotating disc to rotate is arranged on the fixed disc, a supporting plate is hinged to the rotating disc through a hinge, a thrust part is arranged on the rotating disc, and the inclination angle of the supporting plate can be changed by rotating the thrust part. Through cooperation of the structures, the height, the inclination angle and the horizontal orientation of the supporting plate can be adjusted, the supporting plate can be adjusted conveniently according to the actual situation, historic building cross beams and wall surfaces with different heights and different inclination angles can be supported, and the operation efficiency is improved.
