The mine solid waste cemented filling material mixing device comprises a mine car feeding heightening table, a feeding end is arranged on one side of the mine car feeding heightening table, and a heightening table slope is arranged on the other side of the mine car feeding heightening table; a funnel-shaped stirring kettle is arranged at the feeding end and installed on the rack, a central support is arranged at the top of the funnel-shaped stirring kettle, a first motor is installed on the central support and used for driving the auger blades to rotate, a side support is arranged on the side wall of the funnel-shaped stirring kettle, and a second motor is installed on the side support and used for driving the auger blades to rotate. The second motor is used for driving the stirring rod to rotate, a discharging valve is arranged at the bottom of the funnel-shaped stirring kettle, and an output belt conveyor is arranged below the discharging valve. The mine car feeding heightening platform is beneficial to reducing the transportation process and saving unnecessary energy loss of a feeding belt; besides, the auger blade is used for lifting the middle material, especially the middle bottom material upwards, and is matched with the two stirring rods for use, so that the problem of non-uniform stirring of the bottom material of the funnel-shaped stirring kettle can be solved.
