The invention relates to the technical field of floor production, in particular to a magnesium oxide base material floor production process which comprises the following steps: S1, sanding two surfaces of a base material; s2, the rolled surface layer is divided into sheets according to the set width, non-woven fabric is bonded to the surface layer, the non-woven fabric and the surface layer are subjected to hot pressing forming, the hot pressing time is 40-180 seconds, and the hot-pressed non-woven fabric and the surface layer are subjected to standing maintenance for 24 hours or above; s3, the top face of the base material is coated with glue, the non-woven fabric is bonded with the top face of the base material, and the base material bonded with the non-woven fabric is subjected to cold pressing for 3-12 hours; and S4, the bottom face of the base material subjected to cold pressing is coated with glue, balance paper is bonded with the bottom face of the base material, and the base material bonded with the balance paper is subjected to cold pressing for 3-12 hours. According to the magnesium oxide base material floor production process, the bonding degree of the base material and the surface layer is increased through the non-woven fabric, meanwhile, the overall thickness of the floor is increased, the floor quality is improved, the bonding effect of the surface layer and the non-woven fabric can be improved through hot pressing, and the floor quality is further improved.
本发明涉及地板生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种氧化镁基材地板生产工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、对基材的两面进行砂光;S2、将成卷面层按设定宽度分割为片状,在面层上粘接无纺布,并将无纺布与面层热压成型,热压时间为40至180秒,热压后的无纺布与面层静置养护24小时以上;S3、在基材的顶面上涂胶,将无纺布与基材顶面粘接,并将粘接有无纺布的基材冷压3‑12小时;S4、在冷压后的基材底面上涂胶,将平衡纸与基材底面粘接,并将粘接有平衡纸的基材冷压3‑12小时。本发明的氧化镁基材地板生产工艺,通过无纺布来增加基材与面层的粘结度,同时增加地板整体的厚实度,提升地板质量,而热压则可提升面层与无纺布的粘接效果,进一步提升地板质量。
