The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, in particular to a suspension bridge continuous catwalk bearing cable deflection steel frame structure which is simple in structure and capable of conveniently and effectively tensioning or loosening a catwalk bearing cable and comprises a steel frame body which is a transverse frame extending in the horizontal direction. The two ends of the transverse frame are provided with a fixed end and an adjusting end respectively, the fixed end is provided with at least one catwalk bearing cable limiting structure, the adjusting end is provided with at least one catwalk bearing cable adjusting structure, and the catwalk bearing cable limiting structures and the catwalk bearing cable adjusting structures are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode. A catwalk bearing cable is arranged between the catwalk bearing cable limiting structure and the catwalk bearing cable adjusting structure, and the catwalk bearing cable adjusting structure tensions or loosens the catwalk bearing cable. The method is particularly suitable for arrangement of the continuous catwalk bearing cables of the suspension bridge and bridge body correction construction.
