The staged multi-jack synchronous tensioning method comprises the following steps: numbering hydraulic pump stations in the synchronous tensioning system and oil outlets of the hydraulic pump stations; tensioning jacks are connected with the numbered oil outlets respectively; relevant parameters are set in the synchronous tensioning system; the synchronous tensioning system starts synchronous tensioning, and after the real-time force value of the oil outlet reaches the target force value of the current stage, the oil outlet keeps load and supplements oil; if the percentage of the oil inlet force value of the current stage is smaller than or equal to 100%, the tensioning process is controlled to enter the fifth step; if the percentage of the oil inlet force value at the current stage is larger than 100%, the tensioning process is controlled to jump out of circulation, and oil inlet is ended; and oil returning is completed, and synchronous tensioning is completed. According to the staged multi-jack synchronous tensioning method, the force value precision is high, the bridge tensioning construction period can be greatly shortened, and the service life of the whole bridge can be prolonged.
