Buckling restrained brace device
The buckling restrained brace device comprises an outer restrained pipe, an inner core energy dissipation pipe, an inner restrained pipe and end plates, and the end plates are vertically fixed to the two ends of the inner core energy dissipation pipe; the outer constraint pipe is concentrically arranged on the outer side of the inner core energy dissipation pipe in a sleeving mode, and the inner constraint pipe is concentrically arranged in the inner core energy dissipation pipe in a penetrating and sleeving mode. Wherein the outer constraint pipe and the inner constraint pipe are both circular GFRP pipes, and the inner core energy consumption pipe is a circular aluminum alloy pipe; an inner constraint pipe and an outer constraint pipe are respectively sleeved inside and outside an inner core good-energy pipe, the inner core good-energy pipe adopts a circular aluminum alloy pipe, and the outer constraint pipe and the inner constraint pipe adopt circular GFRP pipes; the aluminum alloy is used as the core material, the glass fiber composite material is used for constructing external constraint, the performance advantages of the two materials are fully explored, the buckling restrained brace has the advantages of being light, efficient, environmentally friendly, cold-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the defects that a traditional buckling restrained brace is large in dead weight, large in wet operation amount, high in later maintenance cost and the like are overcome.
本发明公开了一种屈曲约束支撑装置,包括外约束管、内芯耗能管、内约束管及端板,所述端板垂直固定在所述内芯耗能管的两端;所述外约束管同心套设在所述内芯耗能管的外侧,所述内约束管同心穿套在所述内芯耗能管内;其中,所述外约束管及所述内约束管均采用圆形GFRP管,所述内芯耗能管采用圆形铝合金管;本发明中将内约束管和外约束管分别套装在内芯好能管的内外,内芯好能管采用圆形铝合金管,外约束管及内约束管均采用圆形GFRP管;以铝合金为芯材,采用玻璃纤维复合材料构造外部约束,充分发掘两种材料的性能优势,使其具有轻质高效、绿色环保、耐寒及耐腐蚀的特点,减轻了传统屈曲约束支撑自重大、湿作业多和后期维护费用高等弊端。
