The invention relates to a high-altitude steel member mounting device and method, the device comprises a track beam which is detachably laid on a steel structure main beam, a movable crane mechanism is erected on the track beam, and a secondary beam to be mounted is hoisted on the crane mechanism. Compared with the prior art, only a tower crane needs to be adopted for installing a small number of steel structure main beams with large tonnage, then the track beams are laid on the installed steel structure main beams, and the traveling crane mechanism is placed on the track beams. And the travelling crane mechanism moves back and forth along the track and is used for hoisting small components. Therefore, most steel members can be conveniently and reliably mounted, the use frequency of the tower crane is reduced, the dependence on tower crane construction is reduced, parallel operation is achieved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种高空钢构件安装装置及其方法,该装置包括可拆卸铺设于钢结构主梁上的轨道梁,其中,轨道梁上架设有可移动的行车机构,行车机构上吊装有待安装的次梁。与现有技术相比,本发明仅需采用塔吊将吨位较大、数量较少的钢结构主梁进行安装,然后在安装好的钢结构主梁上铺设轨道梁,轨道梁上放置行车机构。利用行车机构沿轨道来回移动、并进行小型构件吊装。由此能够方便可靠地将大部分钢构件进行自身安装,减少塔吊使用的次数,减少对于塔吊施工的依赖性,实现平行作业、提高施工效率。
