The photovoltaic roof comprises a roof body, supporting beams are arranged on the two sides of a ridge, bearing pieces are arranged on the sides, close to the ridge, of the supporting beams, openings are formed in the sides, away from the ridge, of the supporting beams, downward turned-over edges are arranged at the tops of the openings, and bearing pieces are arranged at the bottoms of the openings; a row of photovoltaic modules are arranged between every two adjacent supporting beams, each photovoltaic module comprises a photovoltaic panel body, a first supporting frame and a second supporting frame, the first supporting frames are in lap joint with the bearing pieces, and the second supporting frames are in lap joint with the bearing pieces; the top of the supporting beam is connected with a cover plate, the cover plate is attached to the top of the supporting beam, an extension part is arranged on the side, close to the ridge, of the cover plate, the extension part extends to the position above the photovoltaic module, a bent part is arranged on the side, away from the ridge, of the cover plate, and the bent part wraps the turned-over edge and abuts against the photovoltaic module. The tops of the second supporting frame and the supporting beam are matched with the cover plate to form a siphon channel. The effect of improving the waterproof performance of the photovoltaic roof is achieved.
