The invention relates to a movable ecological floating island and reservoir suitable for initial rainwater purification. The ecological floating island comprises a floating frame floating on the initial rainwater reservoir, the floating frame is filled with light filler, aquatic plants are planted in the light filler, and the upper portions of the aquatic plants are exposed out of the water surface; a plurality of flexible ropes are arranged below the floating frame, the length of the flexible ropes is larger than the distance between the floating frame and the bottom of the initial rainwater reservoir, a plurality of light fibers are arranged on the surfaces of the flexible ropes, and the bottoms of the flexible ropes are fixed to the bottom of the initial rainwater reservoir. A plurality of ecological floating islands are arranged in the reservoir, and the initial rainwater purification reservoir further comprises aerobic area and anaerobic area construction, microorganism culture, food chain construction and miniature biological food ring construction.
