Building gypsum composite retarder as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a building gypsum composite retarder as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The building gypsum composite retarder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.6-6 parts of modified polyamine, 14-50 parts of a polyamide compound, 1.8-15 parts of micromolecular polycarboxylic acid and 40-65 parts of a calcium-based carrier. Compared with the prior art, the polyamide compound adopted in the invention can effectively prolong the setting time of gypsum, the micromolecular polycarboxylic acid expands the adaptability of the retarder, and the modified polyamine solves the problem of sudden change and sudden increase of the setting time of gypsum, so that the setting time of gypsum mortar can be more accurately regulated and controlled by adjusting the mixing amount; the calcium-based carrier improves the dispersibility of the three components, so that the calcium-based carrier can be uniformly mixed with gypsum mortar dry powder more easily. After the modified polyamine, the polyamide compound, the small molecule polycarboxylic acid and the calcium-based carrier are compounded, the obtained retarder can be applied to both neutral and alkaline gypsum systems, and the universality of the retarder is improved.
本发明涉及一种建筑石膏复合缓凝剂及其制备方法和应用,建筑石膏复合缓凝剂包括以下重量份的各组分:改性聚胺0.6‑6,聚酰胺类化合物14‑50,小分子多羧酸1.8‑15,钙基载体40‑65。与现有技术相比,本发明中采用的聚酰胺类化合物能有效延长石膏的凝结时间,小分子多羧酸拓展了缓凝剂的适应性,改性聚胺解决了石膏凝结时间的突变猛增问题,从而便于通过调整掺量来更加精准地调控石膏砂浆的凝结时间,钙基载体改善了上述三种组分的分散性,使其更易与石膏砂浆干粉料混合均匀。将改性聚胺、聚酰胺类化合物、小分子多羧酸与钙基载体复合后,所得缓凝剂在中性和碱性石膏体系均能应用,提高了缓凝剂的通用性。
