The invention relates to a swivel bearing platform structure with reliably connected bridge supporting feet, which comprises an upper bearing platform, a lower bearing platform, a spherical hinge and a supporting foot structure, the supporting foot structure consists of two supporting foot steel pipes arranged side by side, the supporting foot steel pipes are connected through two connecting flat steel plates, and welding stud connecting pieces are arranged on the outer sides of the supporting foot steel pipes and the connecting flat steel plates. Spiral stirrups are installed around the supporting foot steel pipes, vertically-distributed steel bars are arranged on the inner sides of the spiral stirrups at intervals along the periphery, and the supporting foot structure is connected with the bearing platform into a whole through cast-in-place concrete. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a spherical hinge support, (2) manufacturing a bridge supporting leg structure, (3) welding a welding stud connecting piece, (4) pouring lower bearing platform concrete, (5) installing a spherical hinge, (6) installing a supporting leg, a traction counter-force seat and a sand box, (7) binding an upper bearing platform rib net, and (8) pouring upper bearing platform concrete. The problem that the connecting strength of the bridge supporting foot structure and the upper bearing platform concrete is not enough can be effectively solved, the integrity of the steel-concrete composite structure is fully guaranteed, and development and popularization of a rotation construction method are facilitated.
本发明涉及一种桥梁撑脚连接可靠的转体承台构造,包括上承台、下承台、球铰、撑脚结构,撑脚结构由两根并排的撑脚钢管组成,撑脚钢管通过两片连接平钢板连接,撑脚钢管和连接平钢板外侧设置焊钉连接件。撑脚钢管周围安装螺旋箍筋,螺旋箍筋内侧沿周边间隔设置竖向分布钢筋,撑脚结构通过现浇混凝土与承台连成一体。施工包括以下步骤:①制作球铰支座,②制作桥梁撑脚结构,③焊接焊钉连接件,④浇筑下承台混凝土,⑤安装球铰,⑥安装撑脚、牵引反力座及砂箱,⑦绑扎上承台筋网,⑧浇筑上承台混凝土。本发明可有效避免桥梁撑脚结构与上承台混凝土连接强度不够的问题,充分保证了钢混组合结构的整体性,有利于转体施工方法的发展与推广。
