The invention relates to a bridge rotation supporting leg force measuring device and a supporting leg self-measuring counterweight control system and method. An existing swivel construction weighing method has defects in construction of a large-tonnage asymmetric bridge swivel structure. The system comprises a supporting leg force measuring device, a supporting leg and a spherical hinge, the spherical hinge is located between the swivel structure and the pier top or the top face of the bearing platform lower rotary table. The supporting foot is located between the swivel structure and the pier top or the top face of the bearing platform lower rotary table and located on the periphery of the spherical hinge, and the supporting foot force measuring device is located at the bottom of the supporting foot.
