The invention discloses a warning device for urban inland inundation emergency disposal and a using method thereof.The warning device comprises a drainage well and a warning rod, a derrick and a net frame are installed on the drainage well, a well lid is hinged to the derrick so that the well lid can be opened, a supporting rod is installed on the net frame and is of an n-shaped structure, a limiting supporting part is arranged on the supporting rod, and the limiting supporting part is connected with the derrick. The limiting and supporting component comprises supporting columns, a stabilizing block, a water outlet, angle steel and a stand column, the supporting columns which are symmetrically distributed are installed on the inner side face of the supporting rod, installation of the supporting columns is achieved, the stabilizing block is connected with the two supporting columns, so that the stabilizing block is connected with the supporting columns, and a penetrating hole allowing the stand column to penetrate through is formed in the top of the supporting rod; the net rack has the beneficial effects that the n-shaped fixing rod and the net rack are fixedly installed, so that the strength of the fixing rod is improved; through the designed limiting and supporting part, the height of the warning rod can be adjusted, limiting and supporting are achieved, and the water depth is prevented from affecting the performance that people observe the warning board.
