Synchronous deviation correction construction method for inserting and driving super-long large-diameter PHC inclined pile
The invention relates to a synchronous deviation rectifying construction method for inserting and driving an ultra-long large-diameter PHC inclined pile. The synchronous deviation rectifying construction method comprises the following steps that a deviation rectifying pile head is prefabricated, and a deviation rectifying control system is manufactured; a guide sleeve is installed on the ground; the deviation rectifying control system is temporarily fixed in the PHC pipe pile, and the prefabricated deviation rectifying pile head is installed at the lower end of the PHC pipe pile; the PHC pipe pile is hoisted and placed on a pile driver, and the axis of a pile body is aligned with the designed axis; the PHC pipe pile is hammered through a pile hammer, the axis of a pile body is monitored through a double-shaft dynamic tilt angle sensor, if the axis of the pile body deflects, a prefabricated deviation rectifying pile head is rotated to enable a deviation rectifying wing plate to be perpendicular to the plane where the designed axis and the axis of the pile body are located, and the deviation rectifying wing plate is ejected out of a strip-shaped wing plate hole; the PHC pipe pile is hammered, so that the pile body axis of the PHC pipe pile deviates towards the design axis; after the axis of the pile body coincides with the designed axis, the deviation rectifying wing plate retracts into the circular side plate; the PHC pipe pile continues to be hammered to the designed depth; and after the PHC pipe pile is implanted into the designed depth, the deviation correction control system is pulled out of the PHC pipe pile.
