The invention relates to a self-locking integral type assembled and synthesized building structure connecting system which comprises a plurality of layers of frame modules, each layer of frame module comprises a plurality of first frame module units or a plurality of second frame module units, each frame module unit comprises an upper beam frame and a lower beam frame, and the corresponding corners of the upper beam frame and the lower beam frame are fixedly connected through frame columns. The upper beam frame and the lower beam frame form a cuboid frame structure, a plurality of tenons and a plurality of mortises are arranged on the surfaces of the upper beam frame and the lower beam frame, the adjacent frame module units can be connected through the tenons and the mortises to form a mortise and tenon joint structure, and a buckling-restrained energy dissipation supporting frame is arranged between the upper beam frame and the lower beam frame.
