The invention discloses a connecting structure for assembling and synthesizing a building and a construction method thereof.The connecting structure comprises adjacent connecting walls of adjacent prefabricated building units, and a plurality of columns of vertically-arranged embedded parts (5) are fixedly arranged on the opposite sides of the two adjacent connecting walls at rebar densification areas (4) at the two ends between the two adjacent connecting walls; the embedded parts (5) on the two sides are in one-to-one horizontal correspondence and are connected through middle connecting parts (6); the middle connecting piece (6) comprises a vertical rod piece (62) and a plurality of middle connecting pieces (61) fixed to the vertical rod piece (62) and provided with a left connecting hole (63) and a right connecting hole (63). The embedded parts (5) on the left side and the right side and the middle connecting piece (6) are connected together by penetrating vertical reinforcing steel bars (7) connected in series through the connecting holes (63) and the vertical through holes (51). The connecting structure of the assembled and synthesized building is easy to operate and implement, the overall stress of the connecting position of the adjacent wall bodies is better, labor can be saved, and the construction cost can be reduced.
