Vibrating system for concrete pouring
The invention provides a vibrating system for concrete pouring. The vibrating system comprises a lifting device, a tumbling barrel set, a bearing device, a rotating device, a horizontal telescopic device and a vibrating device. The lifting device is connected with the bearing device through a steel wire rope in a hoisting manner; the lifting device, the bearing device, the rotating device and the horizontal telescopic device are each provided with a channel opening allowing concrete slurry to pass through. The upper end opening of the tumbling barrel group is communicated with the channel opening of the lifting device, and the lower end opening of the tumbling barrel group is communicated with the channel opening of the bearing device; the channel opening of the bearing device is further communicated with the channel opening of the rotating device, and the channel opening of the rotating device is communicated with the channel opening of the horizontal telescopic device. The tumbling barrel set is communicated with a channel opening of the lifting device, a channel opening of the bearing device, a channel opening of the rotating device and a channel opening of the horizontal telescopic device to form a concrete slurry channel. The vibrating device can reduce the labor intensity of workers, improves the vibrating efficiency and is uniform in vibrating.
