The water level monitoring system comprises a mounting sleeve, and a recording assembly for monitoring and recording the water level is arranged in a working shell; an alarm assembly for giving an alarm for different water levels is arranged in the middle of the recording assembly; different alarms are given to different water levels by arranging the alarm assembly, the push rod controls the control buttons of the alarm through the tripod, the alarms of different water level degrees are triggered by arranging the three sets of control buttons at different positions, and compared with the prior art, the water level alarm device can make alarm distinguishing on specific water levels; when the wind power is increased and the water level rises, the wind power drives a rotating plate to rotate, a driven cam reciprocates up and down under the action of a driving cam and a floating ball, a push rod triggers a control switch of a control button in a sliding groove back and forth, at the moment, an alarm in a mounting table alternately gives out alarms of different sounds, and timely and rapid early warning is achieved; and accidents are effectively reduced.
