The invention provides well cementation cement slurry, modified resin for the well cementation cement slurry and a preparation method of the modified resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring epoxy resin and a hydrotropy emulsifier at a first preset temperature; after the obtained emulsion is heated to a second preset temperature, phosphorus pentoxide is added in multiple batches; under the condition of constant temperature, fumed silica and a siloxane coupling agent are added into the reacted emulsion, and the mixture is stirred to continue to react for a preset time; after the reaction is completed, cooling to room temperature, and adding a potassium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH value, so as to obtain the modified resin for the well cementation cement slurry. The epoxy resin is modified into the hydrophilic resin emulsion, so that the modified resin can participate in the hydration reaction of cement when being used for preparing the cement paste, the set cement with high mechanical strength is further obtained, and meanwhile, the construction difficulty and the construction cost of the well cementation cement paste are reduced due to the fact that the adopted modification method is simple and easy to implement and low in raw material cost.
本发明提供了一种固井水泥浆、固井水泥浆用改性树脂及其制备方法,包括将环氧树脂和助溶乳化剂在第一预设温度下搅拌均匀;将所得乳液升温至第二预设温度后,分多个批次加入五氧化二磷;恒温条件下,在反应后的乳液中加入气相二氧化硅和硅氧烷偶联剂,并搅拌继续反应预设时间;反应完全后,冷却至室温并加入氢氧化钾溶液以调节pH值,得到所述固井水泥浆用改性树脂;本发明通过将环氧树脂改性为亲水性树脂乳液,使得改性树脂在用于配制水泥浆时,能够参与水泥的水化反应,进而得到力学强度高的水泥石,同时由于采用的改性方法简单易行,原料成本低减小了固井水泥浆的施工难度和施工成本。
