The invention provides a preparation method of microcapsules for self-repairing of emulsified asphalt, belongs to the technical field of self-repairing of emulsified asphalt, and solves the problems that when a liquid core material microcapsule is prepared by an in-situ polymerization method at present, an agglomeration phenomenon is easy to occur in a mixing process of a core material emulsion and a wall material prepolymer solution; the common emulsified asphalt is poor in crack resistance and self-repairing capability. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a core material emulsion and a melamine formaldehyde prepolymer solution, adding the prepolymer solution into the core material emulsion, adding a dispersing agent to improve the dispersion degree of the solution, stirring, acidifying, washing and drying the mixed solution to prepare the microcapsule, and testing and observing the forming condition of the microcapsule to adjust preparation parameters; and mixing the microcapsules with common emulsified asphalt at normal temperature in proportion, evaluating the influence of the microcapsules on the pavement performance of the emulsified asphalt, and optimizing the addition proportion of the microcapsules. The method provided by the invention can realize self-repairing of low-temperature cracking microcracks of common emulsified asphalt, and prolongs the service life of the emulsified asphalt cold-recycled pavement.
本发明提供一种用于乳化沥青自修复的微胶囊制备方法,属于乳化沥青自修复技术领域,解决目前原位聚合法制备液体芯材微胶囊时芯材乳液与壁材预聚体溶液混合过程容易出现团聚现象,导致微胶囊制备失败及普通乳化沥青抗裂及自修复能力差的问题。首先制备芯材乳液和三聚氰胺甲醛预聚体溶液,将预聚体溶液加入芯材乳液中,加入分散剂提高溶液分散程度,对混合溶液进行搅拌酸化和洗涤干燥处理来制备微胶囊,试验观察微胶囊成型情况来调整制备参数;然后将微胶囊按比例与普通乳化沥青常温拌和,评价微胶囊对乳化沥青路用性能影响,优化微胶囊掺加比例。本发明提供的方法能实现普通乳化沥青低温开裂微裂缝的自我修复,延长乳化沥青冷再生路面的使用寿命。
