The invention relates to a material noise elimination conveying mechanism and a sound insulation room, the material noise elimination conveying mechanism comprises a material inlet, a material outlet and coamings extending between the material inlet and the material outlet, a channel for conveying materials is defined by the coamings, the channel is bent, sound waves enter the channel through the material outlet and then are blocked by part of the coamings, and the sound insulation room is arranged between the material inlet and the material outlet. Therefore, the material cannot be spread out from the material inlet. The material silencing conveying mechanism is used for conveying materials at the feeding port of the sound insulation room, due to the unique structural design of the material silencing conveying mechanism, noise in the sound insulation room cannot be directly radiated to the external environment from the feeding port of the sound insulation room, and therefore noise leakage at the feeding port can be reduced.
