The sound insulation and elimination panel comprises a panel shell, the panel shell is fixed to a mounting frame, the panel shell is of a box-shaped structure, a hole plate is arranged at an opening of the panel shell, a plurality of evenly-distributed through holes are formed in the hole plate, and a sound insulation and elimination space is formed between the hole plate and the panel shell. A sound insulation module is arranged in the sound insulation and elimination space, a damping pad is arranged between the sound insulation module and the panel shell, and sound absorption cotton is arranged between the sound insulation module and the pore plate. According to the silencing panel, the structure of the pore plate, the sound absorption cotton, the sound insulation module, the damping pad and the panel shell is adopted, the sound insulation function and the silencing function are achieved, the practicability of the silencing panel is improved, and in addition, the silencing panel is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and suitable for popularization.
