The invention discloses a laminated wood curved beam machining and positioning method which comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of formworks are cut on a plate, splicing parts and positioning parts are machined on the formworks, each splicing part comprises an insertion groove formed in one of every two adjacent formworks and an insertion block arranged on the other one of every two adjacent formworks, and the positioning parts extend from the ends of the head formwork and the tail formwork. According to the method, the template is used for precisely positioning the contour during curved beam machining, and the template is divided into a plurality of blocks, so that the problem that the whole curved beam is too large in size and length and cannot be precisely machined through a machining center is solved; the template manufactured through the machining center is high in size precision, and compared with manual measuring and scribing, the scribing and positioning precision of the curved beam for the template is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种胶合木曲梁加工定位方法,包括以下步骤:S1、于板材上裁切出若干块模板,模板上加工拼接部和定位部,拼接部包括设于相邻两模板上的其中一个上的插槽,以及设于另一个上的嵌块,定位部于首尾两个模板的端部延伸。本发明通过模板用作曲梁加工时的轮廓的精确定位,模板拆分成多块,以解决整块曲梁的尺寸长度过大而无法通过加工中心进行精确加工的问题;通过加工中心制作的模板的尺寸精度高,相较于人工测量划线,模板用作曲梁的划线定位的精度具有有效的提高。
