Carbon material modified ceramic glaze as well as preparation method and application thereof
When the glaze is prepared, graphene oxide is selected as a core material, so that the toughness and the like of the glaze can be improved; the nano metal powder is dispersed between graphene oxide layers, so that the nano metal powder can be effectively prevented from being oxidized by air, and the nano metal powder can be gradually molten at a glaze sintering temperature, thereby realizing metallurgical bonding between the graphene oxide and the glaze, avoiding phase separation between the graphene oxide and the glaze in a sintering process, and improving the sintering performance of the glaze. Therefore, the stability and the like of the glaze are improved; the active carbon fibers are further introduced into the glaze, various components in the raw materials of the ceramic glaze can be fully adsorbed in the mixing process, agglomeration of the components is avoided in the mixing process, the components can be uniformly dispersed, the sintering uniformity degree is improved, and then the stability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and the like of the glaze are improved.
本发明制备釉料时,选用氧化石墨烯作为内核材料可以提高釉料的韧性等;将纳米金属粉分散于氧化石墨烯层间,可以有效避免纳米金属粉被空气氧化且纳米金属粉可以在釉面烧结温度下逐渐发生熔融,从而实现了氧化石墨烯和釉面之间的冶金结合,避免氧化石墨烯和釉料在烧结过程中发生相分离,从而提高了釉料的稳定性等;本申请在上述釉料中还引入活性碳纤维,可以在混料过程中,充分吸附陶瓷釉料原料中各类组分,在混料过程中,避免了各组分的团聚,使其可以均匀分散,提高烧结的均匀程度,进而提高釉料的稳定性和耐磨性、耐腐蚀性能等。
