Finished cement air cooler
The invention provides a finished cement air cooler, which belongs to the technical field of cement cooling, and comprises a cement cooler shell, an air outlet, a cement feed port, a cold air inlet, a cement outlet and a cooling and scattering inclined plate device, and the air outlet, the cement feed port and the cold air inlet are all arranged at the top of the cement cooler shell; the cooling and scattering inclined plate device is arranged in the cement cooler shell and below the cement feeding port, the cement outlet is formed in the bottom of the cement cooler shell and under the cooling and scattering inclined plate device, and the air outlet and the cold air inlet are formed in the two sides of the cooling and scattering inclined plate device respectively. Air enters the cooling and scattering inclined plate device from the cold air inlet and then flows out from the air outlet to cool falling cement. Cement is cooled through natural cold air by utilizing the allowance of an existing dust collector, the equipment maintenance cost is low, equipment hidden dangers and quality hidden dangers do not exist, the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and meanwhile the situations of breakdown water leakage and caking are avoided.
本发明提供一种成品水泥风冷却器,属于水泥冷却技术领域,包括水泥冷却器壳体、出风口、水泥进料口、冷风进口、水泥出口和冷却打散斜板装置,出风口、水泥进料口和冷风进口均设置在水泥冷却器壳体的顶部,冷却打散斜板装置设置在水泥冷却器壳体内部,并设置在水泥进料口的下方,水泥出口设置在水泥冷却器壳体的底部,并设置在冷却打散斜板装置的正下方,出风口和冷风进口分别设置在冷却打散斜板装置的两侧,风从冷风进口进入经冷却打散斜板装置,然后再从出风口流出,对下落的水泥进行冷却。本发明利用现有收尘器的余量,通过自然冷风对水泥进行冷却,设备维护成本低,不存在设备隐患和质量隐患,结构比较简单,造价陈本低,同时避免了击穿漏水,避免出现结块的情况。
