Cement-free and exciting-agent-free ultrahigh-strength cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an ultrahigh-strength cementing material without cement and an exciting agent and a preparation method of the ultrahigh-strength cementing material. The ultrahigh-strength cementing material is prepared from 60-80 parts of slag, 0-20 parts of an active silicon dioxide raw material, 10-30 parts of alkalescent solid waste, 1 part of a water reducing agent and 100-150 parts of river sand. According to the invention, cement and an alkali activator are not adopted, only carbide slag, slag and silica fume are adopted as cementing materials, the reaction activity of the raw materials is fully excited in a hot water-dry heat combined curing mode, and the mortar with ultrahigh compressive strength (greater than or equal to 120MPa) is prepared. According to the ultrahigh-strength cementitious material without the cement and the exciting agent and the preparation method, the emission of carbon dioxide is remarkably reduced, and the preparation cost and the energy consumption are also reduced. As a low-carbon cementing material, the cement-free and excitant-free ultrahigh-strength cementing material has a good application prospect.
本发明提供一种无水泥和无激发剂的超高强胶凝材料及其制备方法,其中超高强胶凝材料包括矿渣60‑80份,活性二氧化硅原料0‑20份,弱碱性固体废料10‑30份,减水剂1份,河砂100‑150份。本发明未采用水泥和碱性激发剂,仅采用电石渣、矿渣、硅灰作为胶凝材料,通过热水‑干热组合养护方式充分激发原材料反应活性,制备出拥有超高抗压强度(≥120MPa)的砂浆。本发明提供的无水泥和无激发剂的超高强胶凝材料及制备途径显著降低了二氧化碳排放量,也降低了制备成本和能耗。作为一种低碳胶凝材料,无水泥和无激发剂的超高强胶凝材料具有很好的应用前景。
