The invention discloses a preparation method of excitant-free single-component cement. The main technical method comprises the following steps: selecting a raw material containing silicon-aluminum-calcium-magnesium-potassium-sodium oxide, grinding into raw material powder, oxidizing and calcining at the temperature of not lower than 1250 DEG C until the phase is stable, and quenching to obtain clinker; and grinding the latter to obtain powdery cement. The cement has the characteristics of low carbon, energy conservation, waste utilization and environmental protection, and has a good application prospect.
本发明公开了一种无激发剂单组份水泥的制备方法,主要技术方法是选择包含硅铝钙镁钾钠氧化物的生料研磨成生料粉在不低于1250℃的温度下氧化煅烧至物相稳定后急冷得到熟料;后者磨细后得到粉末状水泥。该水泥具有低碳节能利废环保的特点,有良好的应用前景。
