During preparation, all the raw material components are mixed to form cement paste, and the cement paste is cured to form the high-temperature-resistant well cementing material. The high-temperature-resistant well cementation material can be used in the well cementation process of a low-maturity shale oil in-situ conversion well, the strength stability of set cement in the high-temperature environment of 650 DEG C can be guaranteed, and after treatment is conducted for 7 days at the high temperature of 650 DEG C, the compressive strength of the set cement is kept to be 31.5 MPa or above, the elastic modulus is kept to be 5.1 GPa or above, and the permeability is kept to be 0.7 mD or below.
