The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant tackifier for well cementation engineering. The high-temperature-resistant tackifier is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of attapulgite, 10 to 400 parts of bentonite, 10 to 400 parts of sepiolite, 10 to 400 parts of diatomite, 5 to 30 parts of dispersing agent, 5 to 15 parts of fiber and 5 to 20 parts of auxiliary agent. The attapulgite and other inorganic materials are used as main components, the use amount of the attapulgite and other inorganic materials can account for 89% or above of the total mass of the raw materials, the problems of molecular chain breakage, degradation and the like of the organic tackifier under the high-temperature condition are effectively solved, and better low-temperature performance and construction performance can be considered; and the related preparation process is simple, the cost is lower, and the oil well cementing agent can be widely applied to oil well cementing engineering and has higher economic and popularization values.
