The invention discloses a large-scale structural ceramic formula, which comprises ceramic preparation raw materials and a reinforced structural net, the ceramic preparation raw materials comprise fly ash, CaO, a NaOH solution and a fluxing agent, and the reinforced structural net is a net-shaped support frame made of tungsten-titanium alloy; according to the invention, the problems of low yield and high raw material price of the existing structural ceramic powder are solved, meanwhile, the utilization rate of accumulated fly ash in China can be improved, and the huge environmental pressure in China is relieved; the wollastonite ceramic formed by sintering raw materials synthesized in a NaOH alkali medium by using lignite fly ash as a silicon source and CaO as a calcium source has the optimal performance, and the sintering temperature of the wollastonite ceramic is about 900 DEG C, which is reduced by 200 DEG C compared with the temperature in the prior art; the mullite ceramic formed by sintering the activated high-alumina fly ash as the raw material shows the sintering temperature of the optimal performance below 1300 DEG C and is reduced by about 150 DEG C compared with the temperature in the prior art, and after the reinforced structural net is added, the load bearing limit of the structural ceramic is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种大型结构陶瓷配方,包括陶瓷制备原料和加强型结构网,所述的陶瓷制备原料包括粉煤灰、CaO、NaOH溶液和助熔剂,所述的加强型结构网是由钨钛合金制成的网状支撑架;本发明解决了目前结构陶瓷粉末产量低、原料价格高昂的问题,同时可以提高我国堆积的粉煤灰的利用率,减轻了我国巨大的环境压力;通过以褐煤粉煤灰作为硅源、CaO作为钙源在NaOH碱介质中合成的原料烧结形成的硅灰石陶瓷体现出最佳性能的烧结温度在900℃左右,比现有技术下的温度降低200℃,以活化高铝粉煤灰为原料烧结形成的莫来石陶瓷体现出最佳性能的烧结温度在1300℃以下,比现有技术下的温度降低150℃左右,且在加入加强型结构网后,极大程度地提升了结构陶瓷的载荷承载极限。
