The invention discloses a large-scale structural ceramic forming preparation process and a formula, and the large-scale structural ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 3-55 parts of Ai2O3, 32 parts of SiC, 47 parts of SiO2, 2-29 parts of ZrO2, 150 parts of clay, 100 parts of kaolin, 42 parts of CaO and 25 parts of MgO. The formula fully considers the influence of various physical and chemical properties on the characteristics of a ceramic material in the aspect of selection of main components; compared with a traditional formula, the formula has the advantages that the content of a fluxing agent added in the formula is small, the corrosion resistance, stability and compactness of the product can be remarkably improved, and the product quality is greatly improved by finely controlling the size, shape and organization structure of raw material particles in the formula. The mechanical property, the wear resistance and the crack resistance of the product are obviously improved, and the problems of air holes, cracks and defects of the product are avoided.
