The invention discloses a high-temperature melt consolidated coal gangue heavy metal foamed ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of coal gangue heavy metal pollution prevention and preparation of sintered energy-saving building materials. The method comprises the following steps: screening waste glass and silicon carbide powder, and premixing to obtain a premix; then mixing the obtained premix with coal gangue, adding PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral) resin powder and water, fully and uniformly stirring, carrying out semi-dry pressing molding, and drying to obtain a green body; and finally, heating the obtained green body and foaming to obtain the high-temperature melt consolidated coal gangue heavy metal foamed ceramic. The preparation method is simple in process and suitable for large-scale production, the prepared foamed ceramic has high strength and low heat conductivity coefficient, and the problem of heavy metal harm of the coal gangue is effectively solved on the basis that large-scale utilization of the coal gangue is achieved.
本发明公开了一种高温熔体固结煤矸石重金属泡沫陶瓷及其制备方法和应用,属于煤矸石重金属污染防治和烧结类节能建筑材料制备领域。首先将废玻璃与碳化硅粉过筛后预混得到预混料;然后将得到的预混料与煤矸石进行混料,加入PVB树脂粉末和水,充分搅拌均匀后半干压成型,干燥后得到坯体;最后将得到的坯体升温后进行发泡,得到高温熔体固结煤矸石重金属泡沫陶瓷。本发明的工艺简单、适合大规模生产,制备得到的泡沫陶瓷具有较高强度和较低导热系数,在实现煤矸石大规模利用基础上有效解决了煤矸石重金属危害问题。
