The invention provides coal gangue solid waste-based porous ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of porous ceramic. The coal gangue solid waste-based porous ceramic provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15-20% of a porous ceramic pore-forming agent, 1.5-5% of a foaming agent, less than or equal to 1.5% of a binder, less than or equal to 5% of aluminum oxide and the balance of coal gangue powder. The result of the embodiment shows that the surface mechanical strength of the coal gangue solid waste-based porous ceramic is 100-240 N, the high temperature resistance can reach 1100 DEG C, meanwhile, the average value of apparent porosity can reach 37% or above at most, and the internal pore diameter range of the coal gangue solid waste-based porous ceramic is 50-200 microns.
本发明提供了一种煤矸石固废基多孔陶瓷及其制备方法和应用,属于多孔陶瓷技术领域。本发明提供的煤矸石固废基多孔陶瓷,由包括以下质量百分比的原料制备得到:多孔陶瓷制孔剂15~20%、发泡剂1.5~5%、粘结剂≤1.5%、氧化铝≤5%和余量的煤矸石粉末。实施例的结果显示,本发明提供的煤矸石固废基多孔陶瓷的表面机械强度为100N~240N,耐高温性可达1100℃,同时显气孔率平均值最高能够达到37%以上,煤矸石固废基多孔陶瓷内部孔径范围为50~200μm。
