The invention relates to an online replacement method for key parts of a fixed combined frog, which comprises the following steps of: checking on site to determine basic parameters of the frog to be replaced; replacing parts for manufacturing, namely processing corresponding parts according to the determined basic parameters; accessories are prepared, specifically, accessories needed for part replacement are prepared, numbered and marked; fasteners are pre-tightened, specifically, the toe end guide rail fasteners and the heel end line steel rail fasteners are pre-tightened so as to increase resistance; marking: numbering and marking each high-strength bolt on the rail waist from the toe end to the heel end; the anti-loosening device is disassembled, namely, the anti-loosening mechanism of the frog to be replaced is disassembled; replacing the point rail; replacing the insert; mounting an anti-loosening device, namely mounting an anti-loosening sheet and a cotter pin of the high-strength bolt; and checking the tools to finish the operation. The device is reasonable in conception, can solve the problem that in the prior art, after key parts are damaged, the parts cannot be replaced independently, and the frog needs to be replaced in a whole set, and can meet the requirement for online replacement of fixed type combined frog parts of different structures.
