Rapid steel rail clamping device applied to railway ballast bed
The invention discloses a rapid steel rail clamping device applied to a railway ballast bed. The rapid steel rail clamping device comprises steel rail clamping device parts, rectangular square pipes for connection, first-aid repair supporting columns, supporting column cross beams, supporting column supporting feet and differential bolt fastening mechanisms. The two groups of rectangular square pipes for connection are arranged at intervals; one end of each group of rectangular square tubes for connection is connected with a steel rail clamping device part through a differential bolt fastening mechanism, and the other end of each group of rectangular square tubes for connection is provided with a first-aid repair support column; a base of the first-aid repair pillar is connected with a pillar beam through bolts, and pillar legs are arranged on the lower sides of the two ends of the pillar beam. The steel rail clamping device component is used for clamping a steel rail body in a limited space. The clamping jaw has the technical effects that the clamping jaw can be fixedly connected with a steel rail in a limited space of a ballastless railway (also can be used for a ballast track of the railway), and the clamping jaw has the characteristics of small size, impact resistance, deformation resistance, difficulty in falling off, stable clamping and the like based on a specially designed clamping jaw structure and a stress form.
本发明公开一种应用于铁路道床的钢轨快速夹持装置,包括钢轨夹持装置部件、连接用矩形方管、抢修支柱、支柱横梁、支柱支脚以及差动螺栓紧固机构;连接用矩形方管为两组,两组连接用矩形方管间隔设置;每组连接用矩形方管的一端通过差动螺栓紧固机构与钢轨夹持装置部件连接,每组连接用矩形方管的另一端设置有抢修支柱;抢修支柱的底座通过螺栓与支柱横梁连接,支柱横梁的两端下侧设置有支柱支脚;钢轨夹持装置部件用于在有限空间内夹持钢轨本体。达到的技术效果为:可以在无砟铁道受限空间内与钢轨实现夹持固定连接(亦可用于铁路有砟轨道),并基于其特殊设计的夹爪结构与受力形式,具有体积小巧,耐冲击、抗变形,不易脱落,夹持稳固等特点。
