Comprising a fan, a spraying channel, an asphalt smoke dust recovery condensing tower, a water tank, a heat exchanger, a combustor and a cold material dryer, the air inlet end of the fan is used for sucking asphalt smoke dust generated by the asphalt stirring cylinder, the air exhaust end of the fan is connected into the asphalt smoke dust recovery condensing tower through the spraying channel, the top air exhaust end of the asphalt smoke dust recovery condensing tower is connected into the cold material drying machine, and the air exhaust end of the cold material drying machine is connected with the waste gas treatment equipment. Asphalt smoke dust generated by the asphalt stirring cylinder is sucked into the spraying channel and the asphalt smoke dust recovery condensing tower through the fan, pollution is reduced through the additionally arranged spraying channel, inlet air of the combustor is preheated through heat carried by spraying circulating water, heat carried by high-temperature smoke dust is fully utilized, pollution is reduced, and energy is saved.
