The invention relates to the technical field of building construction equipment, in particular to a building energy-saving and environment-friendly construction device which comprises a troweling mechanism, and the exterior of the troweling mechanism is sleeved with a dustproof mechanism. According to the concrete troweling device, a rotating column and a plurality of troweling blades can be driven to rotate through the output end of the bottom of a double-shaft motor, then troweling work can be conducted on the ground through a base plate, and therefore spread carborundum hardened wear-resistant aggregate can be ground and mixed with the concrete ground; the dust cover is arranged on the trowelling base plate, so that the dust cover can be used for preventing flying dust generated when the carborundum hardened wear-resistant aggregate is thrown from polluting the external air environment, and environment-friendly construction can be facilitated; the carborundum hardened wear-resistant aggregate is thrown outside the trowelling base plate in a surrounding manner; and in the process of pushing the device, throwing and trowelling can be carried out at the same time, so that the construction efficiency of ground or road engineering can be improved.
