Steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge treasure-bottle-shaped concrete cable bent tower and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge cable bent tower construction, in particular to a steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge treasure-bottle-shaped concrete cable bent tower and a construction method thereof.The cable bent tower is in a treasure-bottle shape in the transverse bridge direction and is composed of a lower tower column, a concrete bracket, a lower cross beam, a middle tower column, a cable bent tower closure section, an upper tower column and the like; the lower tower column is constructed by adopting a steel formwork rollover method, and the middle tower column and the upper tower column are constructed by adopting a hydraulic creeping formwork. A sliding guide rail supporting system is arranged on the outer elevation side of the lower tower column, so that the formwork can be quickly mounted, positioned and fixed; an active opposite-pulling system is arranged on the lower tower column in the transverse bridge direction to control the line shape and root internal force of a lower tower limb; a supporting system is erected on the lower cross beam through concrete brackets, and the lower cross beam and corresponding sections of the tower column are constructed simultaneously; a lengthened lifting platform is adopted when the middle tower column hydraulic creeping formwork is installed; and after closure section construction is completed, the transformed hydraulic creeping formwork is adopted for operation till the cable bent tower is sealed. The construction method effectively solves the problems that the bottle-shaped concrete cable bent tower is complex in space modeling, low in construction efficiency and large in linear control difficulty.
本发明涉及桥梁索塔施工技术领域,具体涉及到一种钢桁梁斜拉桥宝瓶形混凝土索塔及其施工方法,索塔横桥向呈宝瓶形,由下塔柱、混凝土牛腿、下横梁、中塔柱、索塔合龙段、上塔柱等组成;下塔柱采用钢模板翻模法施工,中、上塔柱采用液压爬模施工。下塔柱外仰角侧设置滑移导轨支撑体系,实现模板快速安装、就位、固定;下塔柱横桥向设置主动对拉体系,控制下塔肢线形及根部内力;下横梁利用混凝土牛腿搭设支撑体系,与塔柱相应节段同时施工;中塔柱液压爬模安装时采用加长吊平台;合龙段施工完成后采用改造后的液压爬模作业至索塔封顶。本发明的施工方法有效解决了宝瓶形混凝土索塔空间造型复杂、施工效率低、线形控制难度大的难点。
