The auxiliary construction device comprises a counterweight frame, the safety rope is hung on the counterweight frame; the supporting ladder is connected with one side of the counter weight frame, the supporting ladder is located outside the counter weight frame, the bottom end of the supporting ladder is lower than the bottom end of the counter weight frame, and the height of the supporting ladder is selected according to the height to which the formwork needs to be moved when the formwork is disassembled and assembled by a worker; the weight of the counterweight frame is far greater than that of the supporting ladder; the wall-leaning grid is connected with the bottom end of the supporting ladder, and the wall-leaning grid is located on the side, close to the counterweight frame, of the supporting ladder in the width direction of the wall-leaning grid. The supporting ladder has the advantages that the situation that the supporting ladder overturns is reduced, and then the safety coefficient of workers during formwork disassembly and assembly is improved.
