The invention relates to a construction method of an ultra-high performance concrete bridge deck structure, and belongs to the technical field of bridge construction. According to the construction method, a prefabricated surface layer plate manufactured in a plant is adopted, and the prefabricated surface layer plate comprises an asphalt surface layer on the top layer and a concrete layer on the bottom layer. After a main beam of a bridge is poured or erected and a continuous top surface of the main beam is formed, prefabricated surface layer plates are assembled, the adjacent prefabricated surface layer plates and splicing seams between the prefabricated surface layer plates and guardrails are sealed with asphalt, high-strength grouting materials are injected through grouting holes in the prefabricated surface layer plates in a pressing mode, gaps between the top surface of the main beam and the prefabricated surface layer plates are filled with the high-strength grouting materials, and the prefabricated surface layer plates are formed. Traffic can be opened after several days of maintenance. According to the construction method, field operation of the bridge deck structure is simplified, prefabrication and assembly are achieved in construction of the bridge deck structure, arrangement of the drainage holes and installation of the expansion joint device are facilitated, dependence of bridge deck construction on conventional asphalt paving equipment and rolling equipment is eliminated, and construction efficiency is improved. And the wiring engineering of the two opposite construction ends of the whole bridge has certain independence.
